A Special Notice For Signing Services
Thank you for considering me for your loan signing and notarization needs.
I have worked out my fees based on location and type of signing:
Seller - $100, 1.5 hour drive - $150, 2 hour drive $200.
Refinance - $125, 1.5 hour drive - $175, 2 hour drive - $225.
Reverse Mortgage - $200, 1.5 hour drive - $220, 2 hour drive - $250.
Scan Backs are $25 extra.
When printing 2 copies, anything over 300 pages total will add $10 per 20 pages.
I love working with signing services! I understand that they are continually busy and the work they do can be very satisfying. My location requires me to travel quite a bit for just one client, and I know exactly how much that travel and document expense is going to cost me. My normal travel time is anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours to a signing location.
